1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an order, or otherwise using SuperAcademy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Products We Sell

SuperAcademy is an online eBook store — every product we sell is digital. The products offered on our website include:

• eBooks — digital editions (PDF) of classic titles across genres such as Fiction, Mystery & Thriller, Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Classics and Non-Fiction, delivered to your email after purchase.
• Curated eBook combos / bundles — multiple titles sold together at a bundle price.

We do not sell or ship physical books — no product listed on this website involves physical delivery of any kind.

All titles we sell are works in the public domain. Every eBook offered on SuperAcademy is a literary work whose copyright has expired, so it may be freely and lawfully sold and distributed. We do not sell, reproduce or distribute any eBook or content that is still protected by copyright, and we do not require any licence or permission to offer these public-domain titles. Our editions are compiled and typeset by us from public-domain sources (such as Project Gutenberg and other openly licensed archives).

Product images are for representation. We try to keep listings and pricing accurate but do not warrant that every listing is error-free; we may correct errors, update prices, or cancel an order placed against an incorrect listing (with a full refund where payment was taken).

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information (name, contact number and a correct email address) at checkout — your eBooks are delivered to that email. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, though we will happily re-deliver once corrected.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not to defraud, disrupt or misuse the service.
• Keep your account and order details confidential.
• Our eBook editions are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The underlying works are public-domain, but please do not resell or commercially redistribute our formatted files.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (such as PhonePe / Razorpay) supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking and wallets. SuperAcademy does not collect or store your full card details on its servers.

5. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

eBook delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy, returns by our Return Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please note that eBooks and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except where delivery failed or the file was defective.

6. Intellectual Property

The SuperAcademy name, logo, website design, graphics and original content are owned by Gourav Tajupuriya (proprietor) and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission. The literary works we sell are in the public domain and are not owned by anyone. However, our specific editions — including our typesetting, formatting, cover artwork and compiled files — are prepared by SuperAcademy; we ask that you do not resell or commercially redistribute our formatted files, though you remain free to enjoy the underlying public-domain text.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperAcademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, email-delivery delays caused by providers or events beyond our control, or third-party services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website relies on third-party services such as payment gateways and email/SMS providers, and may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, security or policies of those third parties; please review their terms separately.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the website or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our support team. Failing that, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
