SuperAcademy is an online bookstore. The products offered on our website include:
Product images are for representation. Actual covers, editions or print runs may vary slightly. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate but do not warrant that every listing is error-free; we may correct errors, update prices, or cancel an order placed against an incorrect listing (with a full refund where payment was taken).
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (such as PhonePe / Razorpay) supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking and wallets. SuperAcademy does not collect or store your full card details on its servers.
Delivery of physical books is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and replacements are governed by our Return Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please note that eBooks and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.
The SuperAcademy name, logo, website design, graphics and original content are owned by Gourav Tajupuriya (proprietor) and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission. The literary content of the books and eBooks we sell remains the intellectual property of the respective authors and publishers; your purchase grants you a personal reading licence only and does not transfer any copyright.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperAcademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, delays in delivery caused by couriers or events beyond our control, or third-party services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Our website relies on third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners, and email/SMS providers, and may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, security or policies of those third parties; please review their terms separately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the website or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our support team. Failing that, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
