Return Policy

1. Why eBooks Are Non-Returnable

An eBook is delivered instantly and permanently — once the file reaches your inbox it cannot be taken back or restocked. For this reason, and in line with standard practice for digital goods, eBook purchases cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged once delivered.

2. When We Will Fix or Refund an Order

Even though eBooks are non-returnable, you are fully covered in these situations:

• Non-delivery — you paid but never received the delivery email (after checking spam). We re-send immediately, or refund in full if we cannot deliver.
• Corrupt or unreadable file — the PDF won't open or is damaged. We send a fresh copy, or refund if the problem can't be fixed.
• Wrong title delivered — you received a different book than the one you ordered. We send the correct title right away.
• Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same order. The extra charge is refunded in full.

3. How to Raise an Issue

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase by email or WhatsApp with your order ID and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
2. Our team verifies the order, usually within 1–2 business days.
3. We re-deliver the correct/working file — or, where a refund applies, initiate it to your original payment method as per our Refund Policy.

4. What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after the eBook has been delivered.
• Accidental purchases where the correct file was successfully delivered.
• Device compatibility issues on devices that cannot open standard PDF files.
• Requests raised more than 7 days after purchase.
