Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• eBooks are delivered instantly — the delivery email is triggered automatically the moment payment is confirmed, so an order cannot be cancelled once the eBooks have been sent.
• If your payment succeeded but the delivery email has genuinely not been sent yet (a rare processing delay), contact us right away — we can cancel and refund in full before delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Non-delivery: you paid but the eBooks were never delivered (after checking spam), and we could not re-deliver them.
• Corrupt or unreadable file that we could not replace with a working copy.
• Wrong title delivered and the correct one could not be provided.
• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• eBooks and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once successfully delivered.
• Change of mind or accidental purchase after the correct file was delivered.
• Device compatibility issues on devices that cannot open standard PDF files.
• Requests raised more than 7 days after purchase.

4. Refund Timelines

Once your refund request is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. After it is initiated, your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account. We will share a confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Fees

SuperAcademy does not charge any cancellation fee or refund-processing fee. You receive the full eligible amount back. (Where a payment gateway deducts a non-refundable transaction charge, this is outside our control, but in the vast majority of cases the full amount is refunded.)
