Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital-Only Products

All products on SuperAcademy are eBooks (digital downloads). No physical item is dispatched for any order, and no shipping address is required at checkout — only a valid email address and phone number.

2. Delivery Method & Cost

• Delivery is FREE for every order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no shipping, handling or hidden charges.
• Your eBooks are sent as attachments / secure downloads to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

eBooks are delivered instantly — the delivery email is triggered automatically the moment your payment is confirmed, and typically arrives within a few minutes. In rare cases of high email traffic it can take up to a few hours.

4. Didn't Receive Your eBook?

• Check your spam / junk / promotions folder first — delivery emails occasionally land there.
• Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
• Still nothing after a few hours? Contact us with your order ID and we'll re-send your eBooks promptly, or correct the email address on the order and deliver again.

5. Incorrect Email Address

Please double-check your email address before paying. If a delivery fails because of a typo in the address, contact support with your order ID and payment reference — we'll verify the order and re-deliver to the corrected address at no charge. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Reading Your eBooks

eBooks are delivered in PDF format and can be read on any phone, tablet, computer or e-reader that opens PDF files. Your copies are yours to keep — download and back them up as you like, for personal use only.
